I. First Contact

Call me, email me, or send a text message—whatever works for you. At first, we will talk generally about your plans and wants, then we can set an appointment to meet up in person, or just go over stuff on the phone (as you wish), answer any questions you might already have. 

In case you are already interested in a specific property or development, like Nalua or Naarena, in this meeting we can move forward with the presentation and specifications like a payment plan.

II. Serching for the right property

Once we figured out the financial aspects and general information, we can talk real estate.

I’ll make sure to recommend you the best unit in Nalua or Naarena according to what we talked or to explore the market to find suitable property options.

If you feel comfortable and decide I’m the right girl for the job, we’ll establish a relationship and word agreement of working this together and guide you through the entire process.

III. Purchase

We won't rush into a decision. We will take the time to find the right property and negotiate the best terms. The best time to buy a property can vary depending on several factors, including your personal preferences,time, budget and investment goals.
